Donald Trump has been filmed flipping the bird to a factory worker who heckled him during a visit to a Ford plant in Detroit.
The worker shouted, “paedophile protector”, prompting Trump to point at him and appear to say “f*** you” twice before raising his middle finger.
The White House later defended the outburst to TMZ, calling the heckler a “lunatic” and the president’s response “appropriate”.
